Your views on the planning application
Consultation for the planning application is being led by Horsham District Council. For more information on the application and consultation, including how to have your say, see www.horsham.gov.uk.
As joint planning authority for the West of Bewbush Joint Area Action Plan (JAAP), Crawley Borough Council is also involved in the consultation for and consideration of the application.
Before finalising the application proposals for Kilnwood Vale, Crest Strategic Projects held two sets of public consultation exhibitions. We asked for your views on preliminary ideas and then on the draft proposals.
Open Days, Bewbush and Ifield, 9th and 10th October 2009
Following the formal adoption of the JAAP in July 2009, the display of preliminary plans was the first opportunity for nearby residents and local interest groups to meet the Crest team and discuss issues of interest and concern.
You can see the exhibition display and feedback from the comments forms by downloading the PDFs below:

Public exhibition, Bewbush, 14th May 2010
Comments from the Open Days, from statutory consultees such as the Environment Agency, and from councillors and councils' officers all assisted the Crest team in further work on the plans.
Draft proposals were shown at the exhibition in May. Again, you can see the display material and feedback from the comments form by downloading the PDFs below:
